"I had such a good experience with the employees. They were in such good spirits. They listened to my concerns because my veins don't always cooperate well and sometimes stop giving blood midway into the draw. They checked my veins, did what needed to be done and got the blood they needed on the first try. They were so nice. I highly recommend this site for lab work."

"Do not take your toddler here to get their blood drawn, they are not experienced with children. JoLisa attempted to draw our 13 month olds blood - and inserts the needle, and proceeds to wiggle the needle from side to side while inside my child's arm. The biggest no no in phlebotomy, no matter the patients age - you do not wiggle the needle in the arm!"
