"My Quest appointment went very well. I was pleased to get in at my scheduled time and leave, after my PCP requested bloodwork was completed, within 15 minutes."

"I was surprised at all the bad reviews because my experience was great! Brittany, my phlebotomist, was awesome. She was so kind, helpful (I had questions about my test) and so accommodating. Also, there was another employee that would come out and help the people having trouble with the kiosk. She was also very kind. I would definitely recommend this place."

"My appointment at noon but I arrived 10:45am. Checked in and kept looking at the screen, my name has been on the 1st or 2nd place. I see they kept calling people who walked in and who even arrived after me and I'm still waiting. Checked with one of the tech and she said she's not supposed to take me in until my appointment time. She still has to take care of the walk ins in between. What kind of logic is that? Why would you take care of the people who did not plan their stuff ahead of time over the ones that did??? I would understand if those have appointment time made prior to mine but walk ins over appointment?? Ridiculous!! I would give that kind of service 0 star if I could."

"I made a reservation and visited Quest Diagnostic on January 10th, but I heard on the spot that the business was closed. I ended up wasting my personal time without receiving any information regarding the business closure. In the end, I chose a different branch and visited again, but I arrived 10 minutes later than my reservation time because I was on my way to an important meeting. There was a case where the test was refused even though it was only 10 minutes late. I once again wasted my precious time and had to make a new reservation for another date. What on earth should I do with all the time and mental stress I wasted?"

"Do not go here. Slow, extremely short staffed (one person working) unorganized, and waiting room is hot and stuffy. I understand waiting longer if I'm a walk in vs. having an appointment, but all I was doing was dropping off a sample that I already had ready. Waited for 40 min and just left. My number came and went t on the TV monitor and nobody would help me. Save your time and sanity and go somewhere else. Saw multiple people in front of me waiting 1hr± even with appointments."
