"Took my dog to the kennel here for a week. She was healthy when I dropped her off and they said she had scratched herself to the point of these cuts on her neck. They said it was due to a collar reaction and they didn’t notice the cuts until the day that I picked her up. Didn’t receive any phone call or anything from them to let me know anything at all. She had been wearing the collar for days before I took her to the kennel and hadn’t scratched at herself once… Update my dog is now undergoing surgery for an abscess from trauma on her neck. Veterinarian said wound was from dog or animal bite and have post op pictures attached."
