"The Doctors and staff are all great, but I wanted to recognize the person working the front desk. She is incredible at her job. I’ve been to a number of Dr offices in my lifetime, and often Dr are good to great, but frequently staff is cold, needlessly rude/aggressive, or just dismissible. I understand it’s very likely an extremely stressful job, but that’s why I want to praise the person working this role today. Office was very busy, a bit behind, but she tried to work and accommodate everyone best she could. She was never rude, or flustered or showed she was overwhelmed. If anything she was empathetic. As I said all the Dr, nurses, and staff are great here, but was most impressed by the person managing the lobby!"

"I just visited Village Medical here in Little Elm and was very impressed with the professionalism and care. The intake nurse, George, was very meticulous and attentive. Nothing was rushed and we went through the history step-by-step and he made sure everything was clear. I was then seen by Dr. Vijay Madhurapantula who was absolutely outstanding. Great bedside manner, was focused completely on me (the patient), my medical issues and gave important advice. What really impressed me was that he was totally engaged with trying to help me and the particulars of my condition: not just prescribing medicine but really working together to help me get better. He was a true doctor in all senses of the word and I definitely feel blessed to have him as my primary physician."

"I recently had a rather frustrating experience at this medical facility. I went in for my annual checkup, and when my results were ready, I suggested discussing them over the phone or through their app for convenience. However, they insisted that I come in person to schedule this discussion. So, I made the 45-minute drive for what turned out to be a mere 5-minute conversation about my annual results. To make matters worse, they charged me an additional $85 for this unnecessary in-person visit. This felt incredibly unfair and, to be honest, a bit like a scam. What adds to my disappointment is that they've pulled a similar move before by conducting tests I didn't request during my annual checkup. I was willing to overlook that, but forcing me to make a lengthy trip for a brief discussion is simply unacceptable. I hope this review helps others avoid a similar situation."
