"My healthcare experience with Dr. Ryan has been very positive and life changing. He has taken much time and care to help me address numerous health issues over the past 5 years. Some reviewers do not understand the diverse issues that go on behind the scenes of a doctor's office. If I ever have to wait more than 15 minutes, the front office staff informs me of the reason and offers me a bottle of water along with an approximation of when I will be seen. The wait is usually due to an urgent neet with a sicker patient than myself. I look forward to that same service if I need extra time. Dr Ryan is always trying to be encouraging and positive. Even on my worse days, his nurse is their to cheer me up and compliment me on the positive changes I have made concerning my health plan. Thanks to all who care for others. It is a difficult and exhausting job."

"I became a patient in Dr. Nolen's practice the very first month he opened his office in the mid cities area. I am a dentist who has been in private practice for 24 years. I know how difficult it is to operate a successful healthcare practice in today's world especially with the way insurance companies operate. I have watched Dr. Nolen mature and evolve over the past several years into a fine clinician. Much like myself, he has very laid back style but still maintains a high degree of professionalism. His demeanor puts one at ease right away. I feel like he truly cares about me as a person and cares about my health. He takes the time to listen to my concerns, provides me with excellent medical advice and I never feel rushed. Just like my office, his office is small...just a few staff and I like that. I have been to huge medical offices before where I felt like I was only a number on a chart....not the case with Dr. Nolen's office. They make me feel important as soon as I walk in the door. Is his office perfect? No...neither is mine. Doctors are human. The few negative reviews on this site in my opinion are from people with unrealistic expectations. Most of his reviews are 5 stars. You can tell when somebody truly cares about your well-being....and I can tell you that Dr. Nolen really does care about his patients. I am happy to be a patient in his practice. I have referred several of my friends to him and they are equally happy with his care."
