"I had a appointment 3 days ago. I showed up at 2:30 my appointment was at 3:00, i expected to wait because i was early. My wait time was about a hour. The front desk lady must've not fully went through my paperwork because i specifically put that i was pregnant on there and that was missed. “Oh you didnt say you were” when i filled out paperwork that stated that i was. The Dr prescribed me medication and ive been waiting for 2 days for a call from the pharmacy. My cough got worse waiting so i called the pharmacy i put (once again on the paperwork that was given to me) for them to tell me i have no medication in the system. I call the Drs office today to be told “oh you didnt put a pharmacy on file”. When i did. Dont come here unless you dont mind playing the waiting game. I didnt even get a phone call to get that information. If i never called i would have never got a call that my medicine was ready."

"If I could give more than five stars, I absolutely would. The staff here were all so wonderful and accommodating, I’ve never felt more genuinely cared for by a doctor’s office. Rebecca answered the phone when I called in, and although they didn’t have any appointments available for the same day, she took the time to ask the NP if they could squeeze me in after hearing my symptoms. Juanita and Maxine were both very professional, caring, and wonderful at what they do. They treated me with kindness and dignity. The office is very clean and welcoming, and everyone who I came in contact with exceeded my expectations of what healthcare professionals should be like. I will definitely be returning, and I would recommend HEB Family Practice to anyone!"
