"Far better service than Harris! From the pediatric doctors to the women’s clinic and the cancer specialists, JPS blows Harris out of the water! The only complaint I have is how long it takes to get in sometimes. However I will gladly be patient and wait a little longer to have better service better doctors, nurses, and all around treatment! Thank you JPS you have served so many of my loved ones and friends all of whom were extremely happy with your services! JPS is truly a blessing!"

"Normally, I don’t have an issue with waiting. This appointment was actually for my dad and we have now waited for about 2 hours. No patient should wait this long for a scheduled appointment months ago with their doctor. This is ridiculous. They need to do better with scheduling, clearly."

"First time I came for an ultra sound - was very quick easy and hassle free. Second time coming is for behavioral. Appointment at 3:20 shows up at 3 at the front. Front lady tells us to go down to behavioral and have a seat in the hall. Waited until 3:40 to see what’s going on and why I haven’t been seen. Turns out there’s a different check in behind the door and you’re not suppose to wait into the hall. The lady inside the behavioral was nice the entire time and had to wait for the doctor to reply to see if they would even see me today, which they did. However didn’t get seen till after 4pm. Nearly an hour from my original time. Always get your appointments in the morning. Seems like that’s the best and fastest time to get anything done within the eta time."
