"Update as of 02/13/24 My breastmilk supply has decreased a lot and I asked to make an appointment regarding formula and other breastfeeding questions. First I was waiting for someone to answer for 40 minutes and then when someone did all she said was “what do you need” not even a hello how are you or anything. The hours are 8-5 and they’re only opened one Saturday or the months but they don’t find out until the end of the month when the Saturday will be, that’s weird??? The people are rude are the hours are inconvenient for people who work Monday thru Friday that isn’t 8-5. My first time there was a good experience but the last time and just now on the phone really disappointed me."
"It’s 2:05 pm They said they open in Saturday and nobody here. They had a note the will be closed on Monday but nothing about Saturday."
"The employees are rude and unprofessional. They talk to their coworkers about inappropriate conversations in front of you.. god forbid you speaking up for yourself because they make it harder to get your benefits. What can you expect though from the government."
"Staff is rude and not informative in any way. They don’t call or text to remind about appointments. Literally every time I come here it’s a horrible and stressful experience. I will say that the dietitian is very nice, though."
"Office does not honor scheduled appointments and staff is very rude and combative. They tell you they do not take walk ins so you’re forced to call and wait on hold for 30min-1hour just to schedule all for them to make you come in and take a number. Staff member by the name of Kayvon told me it doesn’t matter if I have an appointment if others came before me with is ridiculous when scheduled appointments should be prioritized"
