"I was scheduled there at 4:00pm. I had mentioned to secretary that it was very hard for me to make it. I left work at 3:10 and made it there at 4:03pm. Yes, 3 min late and she made sure I felt awful and acted totally unprofessional about it. Doctor interrupts, doesn’t want to hear anything I have to say and kinda treated me like a freaking moron. I left with unanswered questions, still unsure of my treatment and I’m sure office will billed my insurance a hefty bill. I was referred to this office by my doctor and will definitely do not recommend."
"My husband was recently referred to this office by the hospital after his 4th seizure. He's been on medication for seizures since 2021, prescribed by a Neurologist in Virginia. However, since moving to Texas, he's now had his 4th seizure, hence the whole reason we came to this office. We found most of the staff to be very rude. Only one lady seemed to empathize with us. My husband is a self-pay patient and they were not forthcoming about their prices over the phone when they called to schedule his appointment. First, they wanted $200.00 to even take him back to a room with the doctor. Then somewhere mid conversation, the fee changed to $250.00. We ended up rescheduling his appointment, and upon our return the fee ended up being $258.12. The rude front desk lady said there was an additional "processing fee." Ummmm that was definitely not explained before hand and I made sure to verbalize that to her. She said nothing. Wouldn't even make eye contact with me. The doctor seemed to have no empathy for my husband or his condition. She spent very little time with him. She questioned him like she didn't believe anything he was saying about his condition. He kept explaining that his seizures only take place when he's sleeping. She questioned him about how he got to the hospital then if he had a seizure while he was sleeping... The magic frickin' schoolbus! Ummm maybe his wife called 9-11!! Why is that so hard to believe?? She questioned him about whether or not he'd been taking his medication. She questioned him about how he'd been getting his medication. He said, "Walmart." The man had a Neurologist in Virginia that forwarded his prescription to the Walmart pharmacy here in Texas! Again, why is that so hard to believe? She made us feel unwelcomed. The whole office was very cold feeling. She definitely overcharged for the 14 minutes she spent with him and didn't tell us anything about his condition that we didn't already know. Oh, and on top of that she insulted my husband's job. Told him he needs to take better care of himself and quit his job for one that has benefits. Wth? He's a chef at a very upscale restaurant and works very hard. Maybe she should quit her job since she's more worried about giving occupational advice, instead of neurological. I wouldn't recommend this office if you want real answers. But if you want to feel bad about yourself, then definitely, by all means, go here."
"Wonderful Doctor! She was attentive and really heard me. She was able to help me solution my problems and discuss what could and could not be done."
"I was seen by the doctor not to long ago, she was knowledgeable but I felt she just cut me off and would disregard what I was saying. I overheard her talking to her staff like they were kids and was kinda nasty to them. It’s sad she doesn’t know how to be respectful to her staff that treated me amazingly."
"I am extremely pleased with everyone that is in the office. Sue has been amazing and Dr Koganti is a very kind professional doctor. They are really on top of their game. I will recommend to my friends and family"
