"I was surprised to expect such a caring attitude from the time I walked in and left with the entire staff. The Medical Team and Radiologist were very knowledgeable and actually listened to me. I’ve never had a Radiologist Doctor actually speak to me personally. I highly recommend this Imaging Center over anywhere else I’ve ever been to."

"This location is by far the worst place I could have chosen to get my wife’s medical treatment done. While scheduling an appointment, I asked them to run my insurance and they assured me that the treatment is covered. When I went in for my wife’s appointment and before getting the treatment done, i confirmed if it was covered and they assured me the same and told me there will not be any deductible. The moment my wife got done with her ultrasound, they hand me the bill. I’ve reached out to the call center, the billing department and the receptionist at the location but none of them seem to accept their mistake and their fault while communicating. I was assured twice over the call that the manager of the location would call me 1 month and 2 weeks back respectively but neither has happened yet. On top of that, while on a call with them at the location, the recptionist tells me we need to get it done because we want your wife to get the best treatment done. Just FYI, I can take that decision very well by myself and I do not need you to take that decision for me. If you cannot provide accurate information to your patients, you are the one at fault here and the patient should not be liable to pay any amount because of your lack of communication and mistakes."

"I have been coming here for years. The staff is courteous and professional, They take time addressing any questions you may have. The facilities are nice too. There is minimal or no wait-time. This year, I went before my scheduled appointment and they took me right away. The results come quickly and are clear so there is no uncertainty. Mammograms are crucial and this is the place to do them!"

"Solis Southlake is an extremely unprofessional clinic. I was scheduled for a procedure. I had supplied Solis with all of the reports & images from a different facility along with the dr order for the procedure to be performed. As I was driving to my appointment, I received a phone call 15 minutes before my reporting time saying that the radiologist now wanted a mammogram. The images that I had provided were all superior to a mammogram. They told me that this unnecessary test was now required to get my procedure done, so I canceled my appointment. The only reason to do this test is to get more money from my insurance company because it would not give them any additional info to help with the procedure. Solis Mammography is a corporation looking to make money rather than focus on the best needs of their patients. There is no reason to subject me to additional radiation from a mammogram, but there is plenty of reason for them to get more insurance money. Avoid this chain at all costs. They are not looking out for you or your health"
