"I prefer Midtown Imaging over anyone else due to the how I am treated. The employees are always kind, patient and attentive to my needs. They are slow in billing insurance. If you are like me utilizing a lot of healthcare this has resulted in my having to pay my deductible twice to other providers while waiting for Midtown to submit theirs. This results in a lot of out of pocket cost for me."

"I am waiting to be seen as I write this! Haley is the person that checked me in. Most Dr. offices have the rudest front desk staff. This is my first visit here and I was prepared. Haley has been so sweet, so helpful, so kind. I understand these ladies have a job to do, but few do it with a smile on their face and kindness towards the patients. Amanda her co worker was equally kind and even wished another patient a happy birthday. These ladies were a nice surprise!"

"If you are cash pay and you want cheap, this is the place for you. All they care about are the are their bonuses based on number. I needed a copy of the report to file with insurance, and got nothing but the run around. First it was I had to wait 15 days, then I had to wait 15 business days. I had to sit in my providers office 8 days after the MRI and wait for over an hour because the report was still not done. I have never had this problem with another imaging provider and will never go back."

"Bear & Chelsea were very polite and friendly. I have come here before for a scan. The friendliness of the staff is consistent. Even though they are not in my insurance network the cash price is reasonable. I am happy to give them my business even though the location is not close to my home."
