"This has been the practice I have gone to for over 20 years. Even though I no longer live as close as I once did, due to the fact that their practice in Denton wouldn't accept me as a patient, I only wanted to leave the North Hills practice because of traveling time. While this may not be the appropriate forum to talk about this problem, I see it as a huge disservice to refuse to accept a patient that has been in one of their practice sites for that long. Their reasons may sound valid but I am now very disappointed in the whole experience. I decided to stay with North Hills ONLY because of my experience with Dr. Chandra. I do have some issues which the Denton practice didn't like because these required a higher level of car or so they say. What does that have to do with anything? I can't help but wonder if they just don't want to work with another Medicare patient.So you can decide how dedicated they are to serving the individual needs of their clients. After this next set of scopes I may change doctors altogether."

"Dr. Antin is an OK doctor and I would have given him 3 stars if not for his billing. The billing office insisted we pay upfront before what was really a fairly routine diagnostic procedure. Then they delayed the billing until after the surgery center did their billing. As a result, we got a 350 bill from the surgery center and his office owed us a refund. 2 months after the surgery that refund has not arrived. When we called the billing office they admitted it was up to us to call to get the refund. They held onto the money 6 weeks after they got paid by the insurance. If we were not educated about our insurance plan, we would have never know to call. I consider this practice 100% unethical and borderline fraud. Update: 12 days ago the office said they would "expedite" a check. Nothing yet. Also, their office say to call billing and billing say to call them. I was promised Brandy, the office manager, would call me first thing this morning and have not received a call yet. All in all, very negative post-surgery experience."
