"I was sent to the hospital yesterday day screaming and crying from the worst pain in my chest and stomach, I was wheel in to a nurse station by a tech where I was there waiting for a nurse to show up. She came finally after 15 minutes of pain just to wheel me to the lobby with about 12-15 other patients for about 20 minutes or so. 3 different nurses poked at me no one could find a vein. I was poked 6 times. They gave me pain medication a hr later knowing how much pain I was in. They tell me they are giving me a referral to a cardiologist and send me home. 3 hrs latter I wake up with the worst pain crying so bad so we go back to the hospital only to be told that there is nothing they can do. The PA with the doctor come in my room just to tell me that the pain is from gallstones blockage and the fist time I was in the hospital hrs earlier, Apparently no one told me about it, they only said I had to see a cardiologist but didn’t mention the gallstones. I call the referral to the gastroenterologist only to be told they can’t see me because the don’t accept referrals from people they don’t know. So now I’m back n forth tryna get the hospital to send my medical records to them. A waste. The pain is horrible."

"I have never had a lot of health issues, but I ended up in the ED last week. I can’t remember everyone’s name but one nurse, Tasha, really just went above and beyond. They were full! She was running everywhere and still managed to do what she needed to do. She was so kind. I was moved to the 6th floor and the nurses there were great too! Brandi, Shannon, Sarah. I know I’m missing more but kudos to this hospital. Even the surgery team! They were fantastic too. Dr Patel was so kind. Kindness goes so far. Thank you for taking good care of me. My daughter was so scared and everyone was so kind to her too"

"Would like to thank not only all the medical staff for there wonderful care of my mother in law. But in particular to Kenneth and Melvin from plant operations. They both addressed a temperature issue in her room in a very polite and professional manner. She’s happy , we are happy."

"Worst patient care I have ever had from a hospital. Disrespect from the doctors and nurses. Kept me in the ER longer than necessary. Waited hours just to have a nurse to get the doctor to answer a question for me on why I was still there. I will never go to this hospital again. Also the ER nurses need to go back to school and learn how to put in an IV correctly. I was stuck 3 different times and have bruising on both arms."
