"HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. Went in for strep the machine to test was broken got antibiotics prescribed. After three days noticed the antibiotics weren’t working and my symptoms hadn’t improved. I have been calling ever since for five days to try and get an antibiotic that works. First called and was told to wait 24 hours. Waited had one person try to call me after hours so when i tried to call back immediately it didn’t go through. Called the next day was told to wait 72 hours and that antibiotics take a week when on release paperwork says if symptoms don’t improve after 3-4 days seek additional care. Called after 72 hours was told would be on high priority and never heard from anyone. Called the next day just to be told I missed the call that never went through and to seek care elsewhere. Asked to speak with a supervisor and was denied. NEVER GOING TO A MINUTE CLINIC AGAIN AND IM STILL SICK HAVING TO SPEND MORE MONEY ON ANOTHER APPOINTMENT ELSEWHERE"
"Really helpful and quick. N.P. Elizabeth was amazing and immediately welcoming and kind and patient. The appointment was fast and very informative."
"Made appt for COVID vac; they didn’t even know it. When it was finally done (about a month or so ago) the agent left pain @ site of shot. Despite that being expected, it’s to last up to 1.5 weeks. It’s been a month or so more & it’s still painful. Called the PHCY (no answer @ Minute Clinic) PHCY suggested making an appt @ Minute Clinic, other than that, to see my PCM. Long story short: PHCY still shows 2 Rx’s available- flu shot & COVID vaccine. Was gonna see PCP but will make appointment @ Minute clinic for confirmation on the receiving the vaccines & documentation of pain still being in arm, BTW: Excellent @ Rx’s & customer service. Had used Walgreens forever, but switched because CVS stopped selling tobacco products. -tee-kay bean 10.24.23"
"Saleema Hirani Is one of the rudest people. She is VERY VERY unprofessional! I had an appointment scheduled for 5:30pm i arrived at 5:15 and signed in no problem. Didn’t get called back till around 6pm ( which I didn’t mind) but Saleema basically was making it seem like my fault that she was running behind. And told me that she didn’t have time to do part of my appointment. That it was to late and would make her stay late if she did so, and if I would ask a question about something she told me “ I don’t have time to explain, just look it up” and rushed my appointment and didn’t even do the main part of my appointment that I booked for. Absolutely RIDICULOUS! if she hates her job that much she should find something else"
"Hello, i’ve been going to this clinic for the longest time and i am assuming they had recently brought in a new staff because all the faces there are new from my past visits. For my recent check up i had arrived at around 2:35 and my appointment was at 2:40. I had trouble signing in and the NP Saleema Hirani told me to wait for the other person working to talk to them about my appointment when I was there to see the NP and not the Covid testing nurse. When i tried explaining to her that i was there for her she completely cut me off and walked away. I rescheduled my appointment for a later time that day since i waited about an hour at that clinic trying to get my appointment time situated. When i showed up to my next visit that same day, she accused me of not being there on time which is why my appointment got messed up which was completely unprofessional. I know for a fact i was there on time and throughout my whole visit she gave me an attitude. Completely inconvenient and unprofessional. Please look at a different minute clinic if you can just to save yourself time."
