I have anxiety /claustrophobia issues and they are very accommodating to keeping you comfortable with blanket, towel over eyes and playing music during my MRI and MRA of brain and neck visits. I had a CT scan completed for brain and neck too with contrast and that was very quick and easy. Highly recommend if you are nervous. They know what they are doing and their techs are all friendly."

"In my opinion - Gateway is more interested in selling their service than actually delivering the service. That CT Scanner makes no money unless it is used. The Healthcare Industry is a business with the GOAL of Making a Profit. They went above and beyond to get me in their office for an CT Scan by calling me 3 times and sending 4 text messages to make sure I filled out all the paperwork. When I arrived they had not pre-approved my insurance coverage. I was not going to pay their standard fee when my insurance would cover the procedure with a $20 co-pay. I left their office and will wait for them to call to reschedule. Based on my experience, my time is of no value to Gateway, they just want my money."
