"I tried to make an annual appointment with this office , I was a patient of theirs back in 2018-2019 then left the office due to insurance change and being pregnant and now they said I couldn't come back to the practice and make an appointment with them due to me leaving the practice . Ridiculous . I don't think me leaving the practice due to whatecee personal reason I had shouldn't be a reason why I can't come back and become their patient again."

"If you have a high deductible they will not notify you before hand. They will pull you into their finance office when you arrive for the appointment and tell you to pay in full or you do not get your appointment that day. Stunned at how unprofessionally they operate."

"This is the worst practice I’ve ever been to. They are rude and Unprofessional, they do not care about the wellness of their patients. Dr. Carmen not only diagnosed me over the phone but she also kept canceling appointments. I had an emergency and this practice was the only practice With availability, I was seen by a nurse who scheduled me for ultrasound, then I get a call today from this practice telling me that my ultrasound has been cancelled because I was seen by a different gynecologist. Yet they saw me just a few days ago. RUN away from this place they just want your money and could care less about your medical condition. I will also be filling a report to the medical board, this is just unacceptable. If I could give them -10 stars I would.almost forgot to mention that they will schedule you at a certain time only to see a doctor about 45 minutes later."

"I had my first visit today with Dr. Brian Saliba, MD. He was by far amazing. He was very through and efficient. The whole office is always amazing including Dr. Carmen Woods. Literally from the front desk staff, the medical assistants and the best Nurse Practitioner Miss Faina. And last but not least, the finance dept is so caring and considerate especially Miss Becky, Miss Tiesha and Miss Adrianna, they have helped me through many financial questions and concerns. I would recommend this office to all women for their Obgyn needs. It doesn't get better than this amazing office. I just Love them! ❤️"

"I had a great experience at Woods Women's Group. They were able to get me in within two days of my call. Everyone in the office was welcoming and kind. Dr. Shaw listened to my concerns and took time to explain my options clearly. She made me feel heard and cared for. Even the blood draw was super easy.
