"Very professional technicians came to my home and introduced themselves. They completed a thorough inspection of the water damaged areas, and explained the work needed to be performed. They protected the areas that did not have any damage, which I was very appreciative. They completed their work in a timely and professional manner and to my satisfaction. They cleaned up all the damaged materials and hauled them away. Again, to my satisfaction. I am completely pleased with their completion of the work they performed and would not hesitate to use Property Damage Restoration Services again if I ever required their services again."

"In my opinion, Property Damage & Restoration is: Poorly Managed!Unprofessional! Lack of Follow- Up! Deceptive practices! Poor Communications! Constantly making excuses! Vague Contract! Attempting Insurance Fraud! Withholding Personal Property!These are the characteristics this company has exhibited while working with our family in Cypress Tx. If you are in the midst of an emergency flooding situation in your home, be very careful with signing a contract with them beyond emergency services! It took 1) over a month before their bill was received for emergency services, 2) 3 weeks before trash was removed and, 3) 2 months before a repair estimate was completed even though we were promised these items would be completed much sooner. Timeliness of required paperwork was clearly not a priority, nor was completing our project. Please notice how long it has been since PDR has received a positive review. There is a reason for this. They may have been a good company years ago, but not now in our experience which is still mot resolved! After being fully paid for their services rendered, PDR is refusing to return personal property from the packout as well as the remaining deposit paid to them. PDR is attempting to collect an illegal (to be determined in court apparently) fee for work they did not do, nor did they suffer any damages from. We are so sorry we chose PDR in our time of need."

"Terrible company with horrible business practices. They come in with what appears to be good intentions and honesty but, in the end they wind up screwing the home owner in their time of need. Personal items are being held hostage in a storage unit and the company has stated they haven't received payments and will not release the items. However, they have received all payments for the work they performed. Their customer service is non-existent and when you do get someone on the phone, its nothing but excuses. There has been no attempt to rectify this situation. All they've brought to the table were a bunch of excuses and how more money is owed when that is indeed FALSE. They provided services, they were PAID for said services. Instead of trying to come to a logical agreement, their decision has been to hold all personal items hostage in a storage pod until more money is received, which will not happen. Do better PDR!"

"I do not recommend this company! I'm not sure where all these positive reviews came from. If you are looking for a small business to support and to in return have fair treatment, look elsewhere. Most of their reviews are quite old and maybe there's been a management change. After deceiving you into signing a ridiculous contract (while standing in the middle of the damage occurring in your home with a number of other papers), they will hold your items as collateral after being fairly paid for the work performed. Story time...after a pipe burst on my first floor and going undetected for...we don't know how long, PDR was the first to respond and did a great job of the initial mitigation and removing my items from the home. They even did a good job of working with my extremely slow insurance company. Then came the issues On at least 3 different occasions I was lied to - the trash from the mitigation was left in front of my house for over 6 weeks. After twice being told it was scheduled and given an excuse when it wasn't After the second time, I called the company myself just to find out a pick was never scheduled with them - Called Candices cell directly. She didn't answer. Hung up and called the office line which forwards to her line. She answered and said she had bad coverage that's why she didn't answer before. Even though the call lasted 5 min without issue. She was screening her calls. - I was told they had saved my cabinet doors (which were not damaged). Then when asked again later told they had not. And I have both responses in writing/text. I had to request invoices (after they complained I hadn't paid). I've only been given a receipt for my initial deductible payment (which I still have not been credited for), and not for the other over $20k of payments made to them. For these reasons and others. I did not use their company for the restoration portion of my home. It took a month for them to even inquire about it. Note, for all this time my family and I were living on one floor of the house with all the stuff gone and a half working kitchen. I'll add pics of the contract so if you choose to work with them at least you'll have time to digest it and make your own decision. (eta, google seems to not let me post it) Instead of being told they cannot continue work unless it's signed while you're highly stressed."

We have been referring PDR to our clients for over 15 years. PDR provides next level outstanding customer service and always finds best solutions in the middle of a major emergency .
