"I called because I was needing plumbing services. I spoke with Mr. Tom, he told me he was booked up till the following week. I was not able to wait that long for service. He asked me what was wrong, I explained to him my issue. He was able to guide me on how to fix my issue. He could have easily just let me wait till the follow Monday and made some money off of his services. But he chose to give me advice on how to fix the problem.
