"We took our f-750 there for front brake work. There was a mistake made and the truck had issues while on the road. It took a little effort but B&V covered the cost of the tow, labor & parts to get the truck back on the road. It was a bit of a bumpy experience but I will say that they 100% handled the issue to my satisfaction which is more than most larger companies own up to nowadays. I will return with future repairs as we like to support small business. Everyone makes mistakes, especially in the automotive industry. How you handle the mistakes is what counts.
