"I don’t know about there appliances but these people are crooks. Don’t rent trucks from them. Very shady business practices and they lack professionalism. Opted me into safe move insurance without disclosing it to me. Then tried to accuse me of damage to justify the non-disclosure. The first time I rented from them they tried to claim fuel that I did not owe and uhaul adjusted the charges after I provided photo proof. Tried to give them the benefit of the doubt but won’t be a 3rd time that’s for sure."

"I visited the location with my family and spoke with the owner as they rent U Haul trucks which they told me had (2) vehicles available. Then when I get to the town he tells me that they don't have trucks and that I have to go to another location which was a very negative experience losing (1) hour of my time that costs me 4 figures per day."
