"Very poor customer service, they never answer the phone keep you hold for over 40 mins. I requested service on my leaking water machine. No one can schdule a service appointment. I was told a representive would call back and we never recieved a call back. Just left on hold waiting ona return call. Water Machine leaks all over our counter. POOR service over all!"
