"I was required to give one star but really..ZERO STARS. Anne Seyer is the worst doctor I’ve encountered. I met her around 28 weeks pregnant and I felt worse after speaking with her every time. Each appointment, I left in tears from what she said. For my most recent appointment, which was scheduled a month ago, she had her nurse call and tell me I didn’t need to be seen every week. Why did she tell me this 2 hours before my appointment? She also told me I shouldn’t be nauseous my entire pregnancy and I had to fight to have her call in prescription for me. Do yourself a favor and cancel any appointment you have with this JOKE of a doctor."
"Very professional, direct, informative. My two teens were grateful for their visits with Dr Seyer. From the front desk, to nursing/medical assistants to the doctor. I am a physician, myself, and researched for the best option for my girls’ gyn health and found it!"
"She is very pushy. I’m currently 7 months pregnant and when she asked me about birth control for after my pregnancy I told her the pill and she straight up told me no because “you’ll have a toddler and a new born you won’t remember to take a pill everyday” she also told me I’m not aloud to get pregnant for 18 months after and that’s just a flat out lie. I’m a healthy 24 year old women. When I told her the Neuva ring was not for me she said “you use tampons and it’s the same thing so you’ll be fine.” This was all from the first time I’ve met her, at 28weeks pregnant. I WILL be finding a new OBGYN even this late in my pregnancy. I do not feel comfortable with her at all. Very judgmental and political. Does not care what you want to do with your body, she will tell you what to do with your body even if you’re against it. I will be calling the facility and filing a complaint. Do NOT go to her. Not to mention my sister is 7 months pregnant as well (she’s due 18days before me) and is seeing dr Rebecca Ann Sayer and had the same experience. When asked about birth control she said her husband was getting a vasectomy and dr sayer said she still needed to be on birth control and when my sister told her she was going to wait a long time before having sex on top of the vasectomy she said “well we just can’t rely on that” I wish there was more I could do besides write this review. I hope this saves you the time and horrific experience with her."
"I really enjoy having Doctor Seyer as my doctor. She’s very knowledgeable and by the book. As someone who thrives in structured environments, her assertiveness and attention to detail is reassuring for me. She has always answered every question or follow up question I had thoroughly and has even suggested that I get second opinions from my own research, family and friends. I appreciate that she tells me to never pick up smoking again and to make sure I’m eating healthy, she’s supposed to encourage these things for her patients. Her health plans for me match exactly what I want and during difficult topics she has been extremely supportive towards me and my past medical experiences. I’m happy to have her as my doctor!"
"I should have ended our appointment the minute she disregarded my feelings about the treatment she was recommending. I’ve had heavy periods for awhile and she mentioned birth control and I do not want to be on anything with hormones. She looked point blank at me and said well that’s what we’re going to do. I just froze for awhile and was completely taken aback. She made sure to point out that most options were unavailable because I smoked (very unprofessional and judgmental). The one option was depo and I had tried that in the past and bled for six months straight. So the next option she went to was tubal ligation and ablation! I’m outside of the recommended age for getting pregnant, but this seemed a little too crazy to do something so major. I finally found my voice and said absolutely not I would rather just deal with the heavy periods. I was supposed to have another appointment to go over another issue (had to have three separate appointments to address my three issues, very annoying). I ended up canceling and chose to wait over a month to be seen by someone else because I do not feel comfortable or confident in her as my doctor. I do not recommend, and if you feel strongly about having a say in your treatment, go to someone else."
