"I would 100% recommend Juan and his team to anyone looking for advice on their current and future HVAC needs. We recently moved into our new home and knew that we either needed a check up on our HVAC system or a whole new setup entirely. Juan came out to do a consultation and a tune up but immediately recognized safety issues with the current unit that the previous owner tried to "fix" themselves. He was very honest up front and took the time to explain to me in great detail the issues with the current units, setup that could be beyond repair, etc etc and how we should move forward. I instantly new that they were the right HVAC company for us and that we could trust them with providing us with great service and honesty. I went ahead and did a whole new system with them for peace of mind living in a new house which is great this time of year with rebates from the companies they use. Once we booked, they came out that week and removed our old systems and installed the new units. It only took a whole day and the three employees who came were very professional and walked us through the unit and updates after everything was done. We will continue to use them for any HVAC system maintenance, repairs and products. Do not look any further, these are your guys!"

"These guys installed both my HVAC units in 2015. I never had complaint with them, but I made a mistake and I own it fully. I went with a large company that we had electrical work done in our home, that offered free HVAC cleaning twice yearly, with their membership that we were already paying for. I thought, why not…. It’s just a cleaning… no major repairs…. Just cleaning. Oh my…. Was I ever WRONG! That company nearly destroyed my units by not doing what they were supposed to. I had my units serviced just last week, and when things still weren’t working correctly, I called NSG to take a look. They came out today and showed me personally, the dirty, and damaging results of poor maintenance can cause. The owner of the company remembered us and understood why we went elsewhere… and did a great job of explaining what went wrong. This is not my field of expertise, and I assumed the other company (a big name…. In yellow vans and trucks), we’re actually doing what they said they were doing. But I assure you… they were not. I immediately called them and fired them, canceling all memberships with them. (Yellow is not really my color anyways.) I’m now back with NSG, as they welcomed me back. No one else will touch my HVAC’s from this point on. Lesson learned, the hard way."

"I definitely recommend this company if you have any issues with your ac unit. I called them early morning around 4am. No one answered, but I received a call back 2 hours later. The lady was very nice, she listened to my issue and scheduled me for an appointment between 11-1. I was happy with that. She called back about an hour later and said there was a cancellation and asked if the tech could come earlier around 8am. I was very happy. Juan Vargas came promptly on time, he assessed the issue and started working right away to fix it. He even took the time to go back to the warehouse to get a part that better fit my unit. He even offered me a great discount when he was done! Great service and very reasonably priced. Thank you!"

"It took a big name company 24 hours to get a tech out. When they did, they didn't get my air going, and they quoted me 2k for a repair. I called NSG after they left. They were out in 30 minutes, and 30 minutes after that, my AC was running! They saved me 2k! I am switching companies and not looking back."
