We were having continuous issues with our unit and, after calling 3 other companies to come look at, diagnose, and resolve our issues; Mark and his son fixed our problems. Just to give you an idea of what Mark saved us from.... Company 1 charged us for a service contract it never honored and ghosted us Company 2 overfilled our system, triggering pressure systems to teip and shut down our unit. (Creating false need for future work). Company 3 saw the overfill and told us we had to do a $4,000 repair. Mark & Justin provided us with a detailed explanation of our unit, the parts that needed work, and what his course of action would be.
