"Bad Customer Service. I brought my Subaru in for an A/C issue, and when I got my vehicle back my headlights were not working anymore (they were working just fine when I brought them in). I called and spoke to Jeremy to ask if the mechanic could have done something that could have caused this, for example touch the fuse box under the hood, during their trouble shooting efforts. Jeremy then proceeded to talk down to me and tell me there was no way the two were connected. I wasn't looking to push blame on anyone, just trying to figure out what happened."

"Was recommended to come here by another body shop and I was existing to get serviced because I had heard such great things only to pull up and see that they had closed 30 minutes early! Like completely shut down for the day, there was no one available to ask questions or anything. This is unacceptable smh"

"Be careful! I've been to this place before and they did a good job for a fair price. But something changed. I took my car in to get a new door handle because my old one, which was chrome, fell off. They told me they couldn't find the same kind and said I had to buy a black one for $477. That's a lot of money for a handle that doesn't match my car, so I said no thanks. When I went to pick up my car, they made me pay $168 for looking at my door handle. That's ridiculous – I am avoiding this place like the plague in the future. You should do the same."

"Came to Downtown Garage after the dealership said I needed new front brakes with only 27k miles on my car. Tim was very friendly, gave my car a look & turns out everything looks good. I’ll definitely be coming here when I do need new brakes or for any other car issues because of their honesty & customer service. Thank you!"
