"Downtown Dallas environment diminish hotel ability to impact positively clients. The rooms are very very large, but the cleaning product smell is strong enough to be unpleasant. Not sure if I see true cordiality in reception."

"I didn’t enjoy my stay there. Old furniture , ripped sheets and not so great staff. I spent over two weeks in the hotel and each time I needed to extend my stay I had to go down to the front desk to get new keys for the room. Even though the app is supposed to eliminate this and make checking in or out more efficient . I was asked to show my ID every time I needed a new room key. The manager David is the worst I ever encountered. He was not friendly or compassionate or helpful to me. I overheard him making mean comments about me while I was leaving. The best part of my stay was when I checked out. I don’t recommend this hotel."

"We stayed 1/5-1/7- Great location for downtown Dallas. Parking was easy and convenient. I loved that this hotel was pet friendly since we brought our dog with us; however I was not told about the additional $75.00 pet fee when I booked our reservation. I was a little annoyed this was not discussed before hand. We were assigned a pet friendly room. The room was very nice,clean with a great view. Very disappointed with the bed. It was very hard and the pillows were the worst we have ever had (completely flat and no support). See attached photo for example. Staff was very friendly and courtesy!"
