"I've had StateFarm through this agency for 10 years. I do not like how I am treated when I call this agency. If I'm calling your agency it's because I want an explanation. I do not want you guessing I need the actual reason for an increase. I understand it's easy to not care when it's not coming out of your pocket. I only found out my bill increased because I was looking to add home owners insurance and my wife's vehicle to my plan. Now I will be canceling my policy and going else where.John fix the morale in your office because they simply do not care and do not want to be there."
