"Worst insurance company ever!!! You can't reach anyone by phone. When you visit the staff is unwelcoming and unknowable. The company steals your insurance money by trying to group all your policies under one number. This place needs a federal investigation."

"The office working agents seem to be unconcerned and don't return calls as they promise. I recieved a promise of a return call from my agents supervisor, but he never called me back. I dont like my agent either, I was incarcerated due to a misunderstanding and I later met with my agent to discuss a loan from my insurance and during our conversation she asked me if I was planning to go back to jail (jokingly). I considered that to be unprofessional and tacky , and that is why I chose to speak with her supervisor..."

"Poor customer service and lack of technology. Can’t pay online. Must have agent come to your home to pick up payment or go in their office to pay. The agents tell you to call and pay over phone, but no one tends the phone and you can’t leave messages. Don’t know how they’re still in business."
