Roto-Rooter Plumbing & Water Cleanup

"Utility discovered a month old leak at our property which we presumed was due to the recent freeze, needing an expensive leak detection. ROTO Rooter last year saved me about $900 by advising me not to use a hydro jet service to clear a sewer line and did a terrific job for half that price, so they were my first call for this issue. The first question from Jesus and Jose was whether I have a water softener, which was the source of the leak and I was able to avoid the much more expensive leak detection and repair process. The service visit was as promised at 9 am the day after I called. Expert and friendly service in all aspects!"

"Jose and Oscar were great! We knew we had a leak but couldn’t find it! They came out right away after I called, showed up on time and were very attentive to our home. They explained the process and possible costs with us before starting any work and found the leaking pipe (it was in our slab). They repaired our leak quickly and with minimal affect to the home.
