"Had a small bathroom job done recently. Wired in an exhaust fan and added another outlet to my master bathroom. The electrical work was fine and worked like it was supposed to, so no issues there. Unfortunately, during the installation of the extra outlet, the electrician accidently drilled a hole in my bathroom ceiling. It wasn't that big of a deal, these things happen. Before he left, I asked the electrician what the plan was for fixing the hole was. He told me that someone would be calling me the next day to discuss it with me. I never received a call the next day. I tried calling the company, but no one answered. I tried calling the supervisor, Ryan, on his cell. I left a message, but he never called back. I wound up getting the hole fixed on my own. It was pretty disappointing that Allied Electrical didn't care to take care of one of their customers. I won't be using them again."
