"Casa Mechanical installed 2 Carrier HVAC units for us this week. Their installation team, headed by Gino and Gus, was efficient, prompt, thoughtful, and mannerly. Having dreaded this project for the past couple of years, we were delighted at the ease of the experience itself. We have used Casa for many years for our semi-annual HVAC maintenance checks."
"This is a great company!! They have replaced my garbage disposal, unclogged my kitchen sink and replaced my water staff are always on time, professional and really know what they are doing! They always take good care of me and I won't call anyone else! 5 + stars...highly recommend!!"
"CASA Mechanical services have been amazing with helping me through my issues. I feel like sometimes I may be making things difficult but Toni the supervisor over there has been amazing. My thermostat burnt out and Toni sent someone here same day to replace it. I was having issues using the features the next day so I called the manufacturer tech support and they were not helpful whatsoever. So I called Toni and he said he can have someone out here again same day to to help me with it. Awesome team. Oh the field tech that came out the first time was great as well because he spent his time with me after the install to walk me through some questions I had about my ac system and he every went up in to my attic to look at it with me. Great service! Keep it guys!"
"Please read this review to the end as there is an update from 10-12-23. We closed on a custom home from Jimmy Jacobs (Century Communities)in July of 2019. We have been systematically replacing toilets as the JJ salesman left the company before we got to the finished plumbing stage had neglected to specify the toilets we requested. Shown are pictures of the 3rd unit we are replacing as of 10-10-23. As can be plainly seen in the photos, the filler line comes out of the wall right at the top of the base molding keeping any trim from being flush to the wall. Also seen is the nice uncaulked pipe coming thru the wall. i will be rising this up so the trim fits properly and we get a good seal. Both units 1 & 2 which have been replaced suffered from the same issue with the filler line being too low on the wall. The hold down bolt on the left side of the toilet, as you face it, was not even finger tight. Notice the wax ring has not been compressed at all indicating their was never a seal between the toilet bowl and the pipe flange in the floor. That lack of a seal has caused considerable damage to the floor. The dark areas on the wood flooring are rotten and crumble with the slightest touch. I will be replacing that flooring before the installation of the new toilet. This is a basic installation which every plumbing company should have zero issues completing correctly. Unfortunately, this is but one of many issues we've encountered in a four4.5 year span. I will be posting additional pictures of errors, mistakes and poor workmanship soon. I consider this a code violation as well. Consider too, this is a powder room which rarely gets used and is not very old. Imagine issues which would arise had this been a bathroom with normal, everyday use. Also keep in mind, this home, when constructed, exceeded the 7 figure dollar mark. People expect a certain level of workmanship and/or competency in a subcontractor at that price point. I DO NOT recommend CASA Mechanical for your plumbing work be it new construction or repairs. 10-12-23 This review needs to be updated regarding Casa Mechanical. I had a response from them and have been in contact with Casa's service manager Joe Koriath. Strangely, I have not heard from Century Communities. Joe & I discussed not only this issue but other items which have occurred since our warranty period was over. I am pleased, so far, with Casa's response. They have offered multiple avenues of assistance in this and other matters we have encountered. This is an ongoing process but it needs to be noted, Casa did initiate contact because of my review and I will commend them for that. I will update this post as the process proceeds. 10-24-23 I contacted Joe K. at Casa mechanical after he responded to my post. I will say, I was more than surprised when they offered to have the flooring fixed by an outside source. Joe was very responsive to our needs on this which is more than I can say for so many other subs we encountered on our build. We were contacted by Abram Campos from Millennium Flooring. As i am a retired journeyman carpenter, I was impressed with Abrams attitude, his professionalism AND his work. (see photo) I'm putting Casa mechanical back on my list of go to contractors and I definitely recommend Abram at Millennium Flooring. He is an independent owner and he does the work. Thanks to Joe & Casa Mechanical for doing what's right."
"When I returned home from work Monday evening around 7:45pm 9/25/23 I noticed it was warm. Sure enough the thermostat read 80 degrees. Checked unit outside and it was not running. I called to report the emergency and was told it was not an emergency because my home was not 86 degree or hotter. We have children and a pet bulldog - who by breed, overheats easily. This home is less than 1 year old and we’ve only occupied it since July. After a sleepless hot evening, a technician finally came out at 10:45am because of course it’s not an emergency (I bet if it were THEM with a non working AC in Texas heat and humidity, it would be) to be told the compressor was broken and needed to be replaced. On a less than 1 year old unit. Poor quality and workmanship if you ask me. My previous home AC unit was 15 years old and worked perfectly. But this unit, not even a year old has a major component break- WOW!!! and even AFTER the issue was discovered, we were told it would take another 24 hours to “process” the paperwork to see if they had the part or if it needed to be ordered. What?!?!? 24 hours? So now it’s 84 degrees in my home but still not an emergency- so we’re pretty much told too bad- we’ll have to just wait. On 4 occasions I asked for a supervisor or manager- was sent to voicemail EACH time and even after leaving messages, no one even cared enough to call me back. This company is GARBAGE . And so is their customer service. I would not recommend using them for anything. We’re stuck unfortunately because it’s the unit that came with our home -yay for us. This isn’t the 1st service call either- this is actually #3 since taking possession of our home in July 2023. I’d give a zero if it was an option. Had to spend $450 on a portable AC u it so my dog and kid don’t overheat and die!!! But oh, it’s not an emergency. Ha!"
