"I had an awful experience here (Round Rock location). They kept my computer for almost a month to do a Windows reinstall just to tell me that my computer is unrepairable. I kept calling to get updates but received no communication or call backs. I showed up in person and the tech said he had to “find my computer” and wasn’t sure if he had our charger or not. I wish I could give zero stars. It is a poorly run business. I will never return to Ubreakifix."

"Edit Review - For clarity, I did not want the entirety of my previous review to crowd a screen because long story short, it appears as though my Flip was not able to be fixed. I appreciate the clarity from a couple people at this location and the district manager but that won’t go as far as higher reviews but I will still acknowledge there are reasonable people at the helm here and there. I hope at the very least I am able to retrieve my phone in basically the same state as before as there are a couple things I was not able to backup in time nor did I think would be in danger of being lost when I was initially told 4 hours for same day repair but that’s entirely on me. I’ll appreciate if at the very least this shop could front (or get Samsung to front) a replacement and unless the phone is fixed up that I am not charged, but as it stands, I think the solution going forward will be either to go through Samsung directly if phones are purchased from them as mine was, or scrounge secondhand for a backup."

"Chris took my phone and realized they didn't have the adhesive. Chris, without prompting, said he would contact another store. Chris let the other store know that I was on the way. Although they were real busy at both stores, Chris made sure the other store knew I had an appointment but the work couldn't be performed as requested. Chris also advised me to call customer care to ensure my ticket got moved over and could be seen in the other store's computer. Chaz had an easy, calming demeanor and made sure my phone was returned in better than new shape with the added screen protection. I truly believe both Chris and Chaz did an awesome job on my device repair. Thank you"

"Edward was extremely helpful. I called ahead to confirm they could fix my Google Pixel screen which was falling off. They're authorized to fix Google devices and my phone was fixed in less than 1 hour! I'll highly recommend them"
