I can tell they really care about their customers. I heard from them more than I heard from my insurance company. It took about 2 months for my car repairs (not their fault), partially because of my insurance company dragging their feet, and because my airbags were on back order. What a lot of people fail to realize is that the parts for your vehicle may not be readily available. They cannot work on a vehicle with parts they don't have, so it may take some time to get it back. It's better to have them take their time and give you quality work, than to rush and do bad work (which they don't do here). I also appreciate the fact that they took their time working on my vehicle, because it honestly runs better than it did before the accident. I truly appreciate everything they have done for me, and would highly recommend their services. Please do not be deterred by the negative reviews. These are good people and they really do care about their customers as well as the work they do."

Backstory: I had my 2016 Santa Fe (new to me) for less than a month before it got hit (dealer tags still on it) The 2920 crew are extremely friendly and put the right talent to work to get the car back to the same state it was when I got it. I've been driving the Santa Fe around for a few weeks since I got it back and everything feels and looks awesome.
