"Review update: I initially gave a 5 star rating, however I noticed grease/oil smudges on my mirror - the front and the back. I called back, not wanting anything just to update the owner on what happened and to ask the guys to be mindful when operating /utilizing customer vehicles. The owner rudely and sarcastically cut me off saying “oh you had a smudge, well we do work with oil all day,” uhm? I am quite aware, and I was not sure where his sarcastic energy came from. I did not present the matter with an attitude or want anything from the business other than to give feedback and mention what happened to the interior of my car. The owner also sarcastically offered to let me stop by and clean it himself, which I declined. As if I will return after he rudely and sarcastically mocked me for pointing out they work with oil. I did ask what could I use to remove the oil base and he sarcastically said any cleaner ma’am. I have light color interior and if you don’t have it detailed, I am pretty sure the fabric will not look 100%, which is why I inquired about the best cleaner. Not to get sarcasm. Funnily enough, he mentioned during my first visit that business was slow and he wasn’t sure why, perhaps it’s his customer service. Prior to this, I referred people to this location because of the cost of oil change and convenience and I intended to return for the recommended brake repair but not anymore sadly. Initial review: Excellent customer service and cheapest around for oil change (even cheaper than Walmart, and name brand oil) $49 as of 2/27/2024."

"I have been using this near shop since they opened guess two or three years ago. Honest and reliable, they dont pressure or scare me as other shops do and my old car is usually the perfect target for it. Now that they changed owners they keep the same crew but service still great and fair prices, many specials all over the year and coupons on their website, will keep using them in the future, recommended"

"I went in today and was received with phenomenal service. Simple oil change and owner pointed out some other preventable issues. He actually came and showed me exactly what was the issue like sludge and the super dirty air filter. Which was great cause he is a very honest person. Loved the service, honesty, and highly recommend this location. I will bring all my vehicles to this owner. His techs were great as well. Facilities and waiting area was super clean.
