"Guy put in "new" battery twice 2/4/19. Phone now shuts off. As of 10:20 am he says he will "try" and be in by 12 to 12:10 due needing to go get a visa to travel. He was told clearly that I would meet him when he opened at 10am. Apologized though still nothing fixed. This is my business phone and is a must. Service was terrible at this point"
