"Update: Called Josh again, this time for a stopped up dishwasher. Same story. Responded quickly, great communication, removed the clog and charged me standard labor prices. He is now my go-to plumber. The ice maker in my built-in refrigerator stopped working. Josh responded quickly on the phone and showed up exactly on time. Diagnosing the problem was easy as he came prepared with print-outs and manuals. Anyone who owns a built-in knows that repairs are expensive and I was prepared for the large number he quoted. Rather than pushing for the repair, he discussed the options. I agreed to the repair, but the next day I came to my senses. I called to cancel and he agreed with me. I feel he is honest and trustworthy and will call him for any future repair. I'm exceptionally pleased I found him."

"My whirlpool washer TL had a LF error and thought I could have it fix by a professional but was quoted $295 for a $20 part that was removed in 10 minutes I ordered the part on Amazon and will be here the next day. I just paid the 85 diagnostic fee and spent 5 minutes on YouTube. Update: part was installed, everything works and I paid the $2.99 for the 3 year warranty. And I already knew what was wrong with the washing machine I just wanted to find a honest repair man. And if you think your worth more an hour than a police or firefighter or welders or electrical engineers pay, your an over priced con-artist, wanting to charge 300 for a 20 part.
