"I brought my car in because it was misfiring. I was told that they would call me with a diagnosis and estimate. I never got a call and my car was there the whole day. I called that day and they said they didn't get a chance to get to it. I still didn't hear from them the next day so I called and they said they would give me a call back. 2 days and $450 later they said my car was fixed. Driving down the road to go to a meeting it started doing the same thing so I took it back in on Friday around noon. I was told by the woman in the front they would give me a call shortly. When I didn't hear back from them I tried calling him twice and they never answered. They kept my car the whole weekend without even letting me know they would keep it. They also informed me I had a leak in my sunroof which was causing a large pool of water in my backseat area. I passed by on Saturday to check on my car and it was parked out front UNLOCKED with another pool of water in the back. They had not bothered to cover the sunroof or even lock the doors! I decided to pick up my car and take it to a reputable place instead. When I spoke to the manager about all the things that happened, he made excuses... "We are so busy", "I didn't know it was not locked", etc. And the icing on the cake when I told him that I tried to call twice on Friday afternoon to find out the status of my car, he did not believe that I called at all!! I asked him if it is their policy to make customers chase them down to find out the status of their vehicles. I guess it was my fault for giving them a second chance when they had screwed up the last time. I want to support local businesses but NEVER THIS PLACE AGAIN! They have ZERO INTEGRITY OR ACCOUNTABILITY!"

"Back july, my service truck ( F350 super duty w/10' service bed ). Had a front wheel bearing lock up on me while I was in the middle of my day. Called Magnolia Auto to see if they could see me right away, and if they could service a 11,000 lbs. Service truck. They took my truck in, started working on it, unfortunately there was a parts delivery delay that required it to stay overnight. The next day the truck was completed. I could not be more pleased. Every hour this truck is down, I am losing money, and to have it break down on the road away from my normal service provider is even worse. They understand that commercial vehicles need to get in and out as quickly as possible. For that, I thank them."
