"Cesar came to our residence for our annual HVAC check, specifically the heater. The office called me and told me when he would be arriving at my house. He was right on time, and made sure to cover his shoes as he walked into my house. He then went into the attic to check the heater. When he had completed his inspection, He explained everything he found with the units (all was well), and reviewed his report with photographs of our units. He was very professional, explanatory, and helpful. Also, he was very friendly. He was not hurried, and took his time going through his inspection findings with me. I also went into the attic with him so he could show me the condition of the filters of all elements. I was very happy with the service I received, which was complementary, and would definitely call their business for any further needs without any hesitation."
