"As a busy mom of 4 and a dog our family absolutely needs a washing machine that works! The washer stopped running Friday morning and wouldn't drain and after calling a few other places and not having any luck getting an appointment before Monday (why do these things always happen on Friday??) I saw All My Sons in a Google search. I thought why not? I was desperate and they had great reviews. Fernando answered and said that they could come that day. After not hearing back on a time I texted again and he said it would probably need to be in the morning due to a car emergency. The next morning Mauricio (the father) came on time and correctly diagnosed the issue. He had the right part on hand and installed it efficiently. He took care to thoroughly clean out the drainage system (it was pretty gross!), wipe down the machine and even soap tray so it looked like new. Mauricio was fair in his pricing and there were no surprises. He followed up a few days later to make sure it was working properly.
