"Wow! What a great Spring Service check! I was lucky enough to run into these guys at the home and garden expo at the Alamo dome. They offered a free Spring Check so I signed up. I'm new to the area and I wanted to make sure everything was running properly so I wouldn't be surprised later. The scheduling system sent a text with a picture of the technician which I thought was very nice. Johnny shows up, asks all the right questions and was AMAZING!! So knowledgeable, very thorough and a complete professional. He helped me understand my system and how to take care of it. Turns out everything was great, its been taken care of, its high quality and everything was installed correctly (great piece of mind after just moving in). I even have a report with pictures of everything they checked. Not like I'm expecting it but they've earned my future service. I'll call them right back if anything comes up! Most might roll their eyes at a free service from a trade show...but I'll be a customer for life if the level of service I received continues to be of such high quality.
