"Showed up today for a simple inspection, something should of taken 10 minutes. Sat there in line for an hour. The employee took 30 minutes just to get to me after going to different vehicles. When it was my turn, he told me to move to let the vehicle next to me in, who showed up after me, I might add! I understand vehicle inspections aren't expensive and me leaving isn't going to hurt anything. However, I will make sure to blast my experience on every network I can think of! Maybe others will relate and detour from coming and getting that same experience! Maybe that will leave a sting?"

When necessary they refer you to a higher echelon of care for vehicle beyond what their shop is set up to provide. Great team. Manager a visible presence assisting and teaching his crew!"
"They are so amazing. I needed a turn signal bulb, which they didn't have in-hand. They gave me a discount on my oil change, told me where to get the bulb nearby, and it really took about 5 minutes and I was back to finish my inspection. Will definitely be back with our family's vehicles."
"I live nearby the facility him and have been watching it being built. This is my first visit. Hey Kyle since they opened, and I am very impressed! The manager, Nathan, was my service assistant in the oil change and air filter, checking process. The air filter replacement was not as easy process as Conner could’ve made it be, but Nathan was the distance and even replaced a couple of stripped bolts from prior services without additional charges. Highly recommend! Beyond that, since the facility is so new, there’s not the visible exhaust markings on the walls, oil on the floor, etc. Very clean and orderly."
