The team provided detailed information on what maintenance was required and progress updates during the work. They also provided a courtesy car while my truck was being worked on which was a big plus. I really appreciated that."

"Great customer service timely feed back on services needed. One and only thing that I would have liked, although I completely understand it's not their responsibility to notify customer oftheir vehicle having warranty coverage on the work needed. As it took a different mechanic and shop to let me know of this due to year of truck and miles that my power train warranty should cover the work needed. That extra attention this mechanic showed me has gained my attention and customer service moving forward. It's the small things that gets your customers to co.e back or to choose you for their further service needs."

"On Sunday, 12/3/2023, I experienced car trouble. I was fortunate I was able to drive into a shopping center and from there I got a wrecker and googled repair shops and Total True Automotive was on my list to call. The wrecker representative indicated he was familiar with Total True Automotive so we decided to leave my car in their parking lot. By 6:54am on Monday, they had checked it in and began reporting to me. I am from Austin, TX and have never experience a car repair shop like this one. Kudos to Total True Automotive. I felt very informed - AND I understood the language (no shop talk). I immediately felt at ease, trusted them with my car, and had an overall great experience. "The customer service gets an A+ in my book! Cristi at the front desk was kind to answer all my questions and take the time to explain anything I wasn’t sure on. I also got my concerns with my car easily addressed and the inspection was thorough. I appreciate that when the inspection was completed the mechanics attached photos and a video with the results of my car inspection to show me what they saw. Definitely would recommend!"

"1st time customer, came in for inspection. Loved this shop! The ladies behind the counter were super pleasant, professional and extremely friendly. The lobby was super spacious, excellent lighting, massive windows, with nice seating that actually had chair pillows, all matching, nice touch! Hugh screen TV, reading material, I particularly like the book on "Muscle Cars". They had free pens and writing pads, another nice touch! I listened in while the ladies assisted customers in person and over the phone, super willing to help! I was in and out within 6-10 minutes, well done! Total True Automotive, my new auto shop!"
