"If I could leave 0 I would. I was told someone would be here between 10-12, at 9 I get a notification that someone was at my door, I get there 30-45 seconds later because I had to put my dogs outside and no one was there. We had no missed calls. Now I can’t get my stuff fixed after waiting 2 days. And when I called after 12 to see if anyone was coming they tried to make it sound like it was my fault. I had to alter my schedule to be here from 10-12 for someone to show up way earlier and then put the blame on me. Absolutely ridiculous."
