"Took my daughters ipad 9th generation to get the screen fixed. It was working just needed the screen fixed. I was promised it would be fixed by the end of the day..got a call saying the boss had taken it home to fix and it would be ready the next day. Got a call the next day that it wasn’t ready because the boss had other things to do so it would be sitting up at someone’s home for another day not to mention the passcode was given before it was dropped off. Then when I finally get it the next day. My ipad is broken and doesn’t work. I was offered a ipad 7 or my money back but no compensation for the fact that the ipad doesn’t work anymore…doesn’t even cut on. I was not only lied to but I walked out with less than what I went in and how donyou fix a ipad if you dont know the series, because we were told she didn’t know what kind of ipad it was. Im soooo disappointed and my daughter was so crushed. She even tried to charge me $40 more dollars for the ipad 7."

"the screens are defective, repairs overheat your phone and he doesn’t go by the stores policy…. My experience was very similar to Jas Coleman. i went in for a screen repair and the screen overheated my phone , was very laggy and cracked not even 24 hrs later. i got my phone screen fixed a total of 4 times and they weren’t even a full week apart. He made me pay each time and doesn’t go by the policy contract they make you sign. The last time i went (the screen i have now) laggy. the screen went turned off one day and half of the screen is black and i can barely control it. it’s went crazy. i don’t recommend getting your phone fixed because their repairs are only temporary."

"Took my daughters phone in just for a screen fix due to cracked screen. A couple of weeks later the “new” screen they installed starts to mess up and then goes completely black. With no damage to the phone, no cracks, no scratches. Just a black screen. We took the phone back to them to fix and they said it was our fault and wanted to charge us another $100 for them to “fix” the screen again (an iPhone 11 at that..$100 smh).. even though they say there is a “warranty” he said we would have to pay full price for another screen. The bigger issue I noticed was, as soon as we walked in and showed him the screen he immediately started telling us “I can check the screen but if it doesn’t come on then you have to take it to apple or pay again for us to fix it , and if you don’t believe me…” speaking to us defensively the moment we show him the screen they supposedly fixed.. as if they clearly have this issue often so they already have a script to say to you about it.. absolutely crazy. They are a scam. I would never go back. I 10/10 DO NOT RECOMMEND."
