"It was that time of the year where my ac stop working in the middle of the summer. I contacted Champion Home Services and the conducted a inspection to find out that the compressor was bad and there was a leak on my condenser. They recommended a new unit because it was cheaper than trying to fix the old 15yrs unit. The installers took their time and triple checked everything one time installed the new unit. They took their time to explain to me all the job done and compared the old install with the one they just did. I respect that because shows transparency. I’m a retired disabled veteran and one thing is very important to me is respect, transparency and discipline on what you do and their installers demonstrate that today.
