"DO NOT work here. They exhibit extreme favoritism to their long-term employees and set me up to get terminated because I told them I was struggling financially and had to leave my house wothin 30 days. The day after I told the manager this, they changed my schedule and I didn’t check the night before and they terminated me on the spot. No communication fter that point and my paycheck was cut in half. The owner is constantly on vacation time or “sick leave” as well, there’s constantly water damage and inconsistent cleaning from each of the employees, I have watched a few actually smack the dogs or just not train them or treat them well altogether. The only good thing I can even give them is that they respected my pronouns but that is literally the bare minimum. Edit: Oh and I was forced to wear a Shmock that was washed with Tide because I didn’t get my own shirt until I begged for it and I broke out in hives every time I wore it."

"It’s okay. The webcam is the best feature and you can ensure that your pup is safe and in an air-conditioned area. I feel if they played relaxing music and had toys for the pups their experience would be much better. Also, if the staff could sit and talk or read to the pups then alternate cleaning the area that would be even better!!!"

"DO NOT BOARD YOUR DOGS HERE. My husband picked up & brought the dogs home after a weekend stay at Dogtopia & immediately I noticed this injury on his nose. I called & asked why we were failed to be informed about his injury & all they did was suggest we board him in the more expensive suite next time. So the standard of care goes down because we didn’t choose the most expensive option??? I will never bring them back here ever again."
