"What makes Bed and Biscuit unique is the people. They love dogs! The people are smiling, friendly and they truly care about your animal! Our girl jumps out of the car, heads back to her friends and never looks back! She is happy in pictures playing with her friends, she is happy when she comes home. That says it all! She highly recommends Bed and Biscuit, and she is a great judge of people!"
"The staff was great to work with. Winnie loved her visits. I do think they could send more videos/pictures but we have anxiety about leaving our dog anywhere without us. They do send photos etc. I had to cancel a 9 day holiday booking 1 week before the stay. Despite my last minute cancellation they worked with me to refund my deposit."

"We adopted an anxious puppy and Bed and Biscuit is the only place who really "got him". They care so much about each dog and family and have been our true partners in raising a sweet, well behaved dog. Our dog is thrilled to go for play days as well as boarding. The staff and service here is top notch. During covid, we've been very impressed with their safety procedures and outdoor only drop off/pick up."
"I own a Great Dane puppy who can be a handful. The staff at Bed and Biscuit went to great lengths to ensure he was safe, well cared for, and comfortable. I called a lot of places looking for a place to board him, and they definitely stood out. The staff seems to truly care about the pets and offers a lot of extra things to keep them comfortable. (Kong toys filled with peanut butter, chicken broth for their food it they aren't eating, supervised play time with another dog that will get along etc) I'll definitely be back. They are a little more expensive than everyone else I called, but if you treat your pet like family its worth it."
