"10/10, these guys are the absolute best!! i had to go out of town and boarded my cat Bear with Happy Cat Hotel for a week, and they are a cut above. i've used other cat boarding services before but this has been the only one where my cat actually wanted to stay a bit longer lol - super clean facility! - ample roam space - daily reports - cat window view - regular playtime - professional grooming - 24/7 webcam access some of the things i really liked, very happy with the service. seriously you can have peace of mind knowing your little guy or gal isn't just locked up in some box but are in their own little vacation. these guys know cats and know what they're doing, don't settle for less!"

Big, clean room with exterior windows to entertain our curious boy; daily hallway adventure time and good human attention. They sent a daily enrichment report with photos and offered an optional webcam for live viewing of his in-room experience, which was fun to share with family. It was reassuring to know he was well cared for in our absence."

"Wonderful place and absolutely worth the money! We left our cat with them a whole week and it was very apparent these people love and care about cats. We checked up on him daily through the video camera and it was clear people were coming in multiple times a day to play and interact with him. The daily emails with updates were adorable as well. They let him out to roam the halls daily so he wasn't confined solely to his room. We will definitely board him here the next time."
