"We went on Friday 11/10/23 at 2:15PM. The store was quite crowded and difficult to navigate the isle with a shopping cart. Some display shelves were very messy. Maybe due to the crowd of people. It's usually better organized."

"This is a nice store. I usually find a lot of clothes and some collectible items here. Kelsy, one of the staff that works there was really helpful. & She kept the dressing rooms clean and clear of clutter. She will unlock some dressing rooms to make it readily available to customers. She went above and beyond her duties. I really like coming to this particular store. They have some nice brand names too as far as clothing."

"This is a pretty big store. Lots of items and unique product's. A bit unorganized or it would have earned that 5th star."

"I was buying these from goodwill in Bolingbrook. They are all priced. The checkout girl noticed that 1 of them was marked less than the others. i ended up talking to 3 people. They wanted to charge me the higher price on that one. Omg. It's freaking goodwill."

"Drop off is easy and not crowded for this location. You just pull up to the Donation Center doors, grab a wheeled cart, and place your donations inside. The attendant will assist and also hand you a receipt if requested. Inside is packed with goods to purchase, but it is organized which makes for easy shopping. The end caps are full of red and heart shaped items for Valentine's Day. Lots of shoppers, very polite. The cashiers and employees are especially kind here. A wonderful place to find treasures while supporting the community!"
