"Called them today with a clear issue, they tried for 30 minutes confusing me on the phone to buy more. Ended up having the guy come out, he charged me 325 dollars to connect 2 pipes that got discounted. Literally 2 screws and tape, 325 dollars. ABSOLUTELY INSANE. I would not recommend this company to anyone ever for the rip off cost and the confusion. There are plenty of good ac companies, this is not one. I attached a photo, he literally moved to two pipes together and charged 325 lol incredible."
